An Old Piece ...again

I stitched this piece many years ago. I so love the words, and the colors of the various flowers and leaves. I know it's now looking 'dated', but I still enjoy seeing it on our bedroom wall.  It's from an old Counted Crosstitch and Country Crafts magazine, and it's called Gathering Honey Sampler.  It was a pleasure to stitch, so long ago.

    Wow, I love this. I think it's lovely to have something for years. My sister has a couple of cross stiches on her walls that I know she did 20 years ago (or maybe slightly more) on the train as she commuted to work. They are still lovely.

    Thanks for your kind words, mumasa. I too love this piece. I stitched it when my children were under the age of six, so it brings back lots of wonderful memories.
